These Terms govern your use of this website and, where applicable, service engagements.

We provide small, non‑licensed home services. Licensed/unsafe work is excluded.

We confirm scope and pricing prior to work. Materials are billed separately with receipts. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

30‑day workmanship warranty; we will correct workmanship‑related defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

No fee ≥24h; same‑day cancellation $49.

Arizona law; venue in Maricopa County courts.
